Cesar A. Altiga, Committee Chairperson. Also present were committee Vice Chairperson Hon. Alejandro L. Palangdan, and members, Hon. Noel Bilibli, and Hon. Clint D. Galutan. Including Hon. Dax D. Godio, chairperson of the committee of the whole.![]()
