The Sangguniang Bayan as the Legislative Body of the Municipality of Itogon shall enact ordinances and approve resolutions pursuant to Section 447 of the Local Government Code of 1991, and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and other laws and regulations relative thereto to their legislative duties power and functions.
The Sangguniang Bayan of Itogon (12th Municipal Council) is ably and competently assisted by the Office of the Secretary to the Sanggunian headed by the Secretary to the Sanggunian, MR. ROCH S. CARIÑO.
